The Opportunity
At Gallagher Security, we're on the lookout for a highly strategic thinker with a passion for product marketing.
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of developing marketing resources, activities and campaigns that elevate our innovative security products + solutions in the global market.
Your efforts will directly influence buyer behaviour and contribute to our success in the market.
You'll forge strategic relationships by collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders, and effectively communicate key product requirements to regional marketing teams, ensuring the global success of our product initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and market propositions.
Market Insights: Conduct market and customer research to inform marketing strategies.
Commercial Acumen: Support revenue forecasting, price positioning, and performance tracking.
Market Ready Planning: Develop and execute launch strategies for new products.
Creative Development: Create and manage marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Team Building: Foster positive team dynamics through collaboration and continuous improvement.
The Fit
We're looking for a talented, strategic-minded expert with a strong background in product marketing and a passion for understanding market dynamics.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of customer needs and competitive landscapes, paired with the creativity to develop compelling marketing strategies.
You thrive in collaborative environments, forging strong relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Your ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines is essential, as is your commitment to continuous improvement.
To succeed in this role, you'll also need:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Extensive experience in product marketing in a global company (or similar)
Strong experience building marketing strategies and plans
A creative approach, able to brainstorm ideas & creative solutions to marketing challenges
Sound administrative approach with a high degree of planning & project delivery skill
Good understanding of working within & managing brand guidelines
Experience of working in a deadline driven environment delivering fast and accurate output
