Who are we? We're Worldline NZ - New Zealand's leading electronic payments company where Kiwis rely on us to ensure that electronic purchasing is available wherever purchases for goods and services need to be made. We're on the hunt for our next Product Marketing Manager to help us design and deliver our Product Marketing go-to-market activations and ongoing Product Marketing campaigns. We also need to keep our 80,000 customers (and many more to come) up to date with all the new and innovative stuff we are doing and how they can get their hands on it. We need you to ensure that the right customers receive beautiful and compelling Product Marketing communications at the right time, every time. Here's what you'll be doingEverything Product Marketing related. You will be expected to manage, influence and pitch in across all Product Marketing efforts. You won't flinch at pitching ideas at exec level and be comfortable leading conversations with other senior leaders within our business. Owning the design and delivery of our Product Marketing strategies and initiatives – aligning & working closely with our product teams. Driving ROI, campaign performance and keeping a sharp eye on the budget. Driving the evolution of our brand and the culture within the business – being visible in our business is a key component of this role. You'll also be someone that is happy to roll up their sleeves to support wider business initiatives or events. What we need you to be good at:You must be a solid and engaging communicator, a storyteller who can take people on our journey. We need you to be a strategic thinker and a tactical activator who deeply understands our industry, our business, our objectives and our customers. You will need to be able to work well in a team and independently. But most of all, we need you to have a strong creative outlook, be relentlessly organised and never afraid to try new things. The ability to laugh at yourself and learn from your mistakes is essential. You'll also have: A University Degree (preferred); topics of interest include Marketing, Communications, General Business5+ years' experience in a B2B marketing and/or communication, product marketing, brand or digital marketing roleProven ability and success of working with senior leaders, leading steercos, and collaborating with agile product teams.Solid business experience in Fintech/financial services or the software industry (this is preferred).Digitally savvy including the full Microsoft Suite & Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar)Exposure to running or coordinating events would be advantageous.Sense of humour and no egos (mandatory).What's it like to work here?We realise what's important to you and someone else can differ, so we offer a range of benefits to appeal to everyone, you included!
