Who are we looking for: We are seeking someone with experience in product marketing, PR, or growth marketing roles who is looking to join a startup and get hands-on experience in organically growing a creative-tech company. The ideal candidate enjoys delivering high-quality, impactful work that moves the needle (not just busy work), is highly organized, familiar with growing SaaS products, and confident in writing and ideating on how to create engaging campaigns and content that connects with our users and the wider photographer community.
Our ideal candidate is a natural leader who excels at influencing in their team, takes ownership of their work, supports marketing strategy, and effectively executes projects and campaigns. You will be comfortable executing at velocity, learning, iterating, optimizing, and collaborating. We're a small team that punches above our weight, and everyone rolls up their sleeves to execute on our exciting and ambitious strategy.
The purpose of this role: The key focus of this role is to support our top-of-funnel growth via Word of Mouth (WoM) through organic channels.
What you'll be focusing on: This role is to further fuel our WoM in the market. We have built a product that photographers love, and we want to continue building our network of influential photographers and engage with them to maximize opportunities for them (and us) to drive sign-ups and conversions of our game-changing AI software. Your areas of focus will be:
Product education/onboarding: Ensure users understand and can fully utilize our products to unleash their creative potential.
Customer journeys and personas: Develop and refine customer journeys to enhance user experience and grow conversion.
Product updates: Keep the community informed and excited about new features and improvements.
Campaign project management: Lead and manage marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
Partnerships with other photography brands: Build and maintain strategic partnerships to expand our reach.
What success looks like: Success in this role means you are closely working alongside the Senior Marketing Manager to execute on our marketing strategy, taking ownership of projects, and supporting our team to deliver and drive growth. You will be proactive in getting work done and executing projects that result in increased sign-ups and engagement.
