About the role: In this Product Management role, you'll benefit from our heavy investment in R&D as you build and roll-out new products for the rapidly changing fintech landscape. In order to advance the way the world pay, banks and invests, you'll manage life-cycle planning activities for the delivery of new products and ensure changes in market and business priorities are reflected.
You will be a member of the Global Product Management team for the Modern Core Banking platform, working on Deposits and Lending features and functionalities.
What you will be doing: Defining a product strategy and roadmap that aligns with the product vision
Gathering, managing, and prioritizing market/customer requirements
Act as a customer advocate by articulating their needs and business requirements
Working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to meet business requirements and customer commitments.
Demonstrate functional and technical product knowledge in various forums
Assist Product Owners, Engineering leadership, and Implementation teams with prioritizing and executing the feature backlog.
Managing key vendor relationships, collaborating with senior management, and completing business scope documents.
Providing support and enablement to key functions in the operational value stream to ensure the full value of every release is realized.
What you will need: 7-10 years' experience in Product Management/Owner roles with a focus on delivering complex projects
Sound knowledge within core banking, in particular lending products
Solid experience in global banking and lending
General business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills, long-term vision and executive presence.
Understanding of Agile methodology
A bachelor's in business or marketing or the equivalent experience.
