Product Management & Development (Information & Communication Technology) Full time As a Product Manager reporting directly to the Head of Product and Growth, your key purpose is leading product performance and strategy, ensuring the right products are available and maximizing market penetration and revenue contribution.

Responsibilities: Lead product performance, strategy execution, product development, and product projects.
Regularly evaluate and recommend changes to the product strategy and portfolio.
Influence and engage across the business as well as major external contacts to build strong and trusted relationships.
Interpret market intelligence to determine market-led and competitive product strategy.
Input to product mix forecast while observing market trends and product growth opportunities.
Qualifications: Significant depth of knowledge and experience in a Product Management role with a relevant qualification.
Experience with systems and process development to support products.
Excellent commercial acumen, strategic product planning, and lifecycle management capability.
Ability to understand and manage technical products – you don't have to have industry experience; this is all about you and how you do things.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
You'll have a go-getter and proactive customer-focused approach, but most importantly, a great sense of humour and team mentality.
