ABOUT THE ROLE
We're excited to offer a new opportunity for a Product Manager within our Jade ThirdEye (JTE) product, an established and growing anti-money laundering solution with customers across New Zealand, Australia, and the UK. We are growing and looking to introduce a domain model to the product, meaning this is an exciting time to help develop this with an existing team looking forward to growing the product globally.
In this role, you'll be a driving force behind executing JTE's Product strategic direction during an exciting growth phase. You will take full responsibility for your domain, gaining a deep understanding of customer challenges and fully engaging with them to shape and refine how the product vision, strategy, and roadmap shows up in your domain.

Key role areas:
Identify customer challenges, seeking to understand opportunities and assist with the strategic direction of the product.
Understanding market trends, assessing competitive and market landscape to inform decision making connected to the domain.
Working closely with development teams to provide guidance on priorities, and ensuring key benefits for the product are delivered.
Play a key role in communicating between internal teams and external parties, translating where necessary, how technology can support the product's needs.
Providing Go-To-Market support to the Head of Product with deep messaging and benefits for the domain.
Performing the role of 'Product Owner' when working with Agile development teams.
Contribute to scaling the product alongside a passionate and dynamic team, delivering impactful solutions in the vital area of anti-money laundering (AML).
ABOUT YOU
A talented Product specialist, ideally already an established Product manager you will have:
5 years' experience in a Product Manager role with proven relevant experience in an analytics and systems development capacity, preferably with B2B/SaaS environments.
Highly desirable but not required to have exposure to relevant domains (Anti-money laundering/financial/innovative systems solutions).
Proven problem diagnosis, analytical abilities, and investigation skills.
Experience generating process documentation and reports.
Outstanding communication skills.
A well-rounded toolkit of facilitation skills.
A customer focus with strong relationship skills.
Experience working with Development teams and the SDLC.
