We're seeking a standalone Product Manager to join our highly engaged team. Reporting to the Head of Product, as a mid/senior-level Product Manager, you'll play a crucial role in crafting and executing our ambitious product roadmap. You'll enjoy a fast-paced environment, love challenges, and want to make a direct impact on the industry.Responsibilities Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to bring our product roadmap to life, ensuring it aligns with our purpose. Dive into market research and user feedback to uncover opportunities for product enhancements and new features. Apply human-centered design principles to create user-centric and intuitive product experiences that solve the unique challenges faced by farmers and agribusinesses. Define and prioritise product requirements based on data-driven insights, market demand, and our business goals. Analyse product processes and find efficient pathways forward. Use data analytics and metrics to guide your decision making and measure the success of our product initiatives. Work closely with our talented design, development, marketing and customer teams, turning innovative ideas into reality. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities within the Agri-tech sector. Demonstrated experience in a high growth SaaS or technology-focused company. Strong background in human-centered design, with the ability to apply user research and design thinking methodologies to create exceptional products. Proven track record of successfully delivering software products from concept to launch. Solid product usage and business analysis skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent EQ, communication and ability to relate to customers. Highly effective collaboration skills within cross-functional teams. Strong proactivity, problem-solving abilities with an analytical mindset. Passion for technology, agriculture, and making a positive impact on the industry.
