With a deep understanding of customers, commercial outcomes, operational processes and technology, this role is responsible for developing a product vision, formulating strategy, designing the product roadmap, and working closely with business partners to deliver against it.This role will suit someone who is naturally curious with a strategic mindset, whilst also being prepared to get into the detail. There will be a level of ambiguity you'll need to be comfortable with, coupled with complexity of the airline environment and the pace at which we work. Your desire to get the best outcome for our customers will help you drive outcomes, and you'll have demonstrated you can work with various business stakeholders, building trust and partnerships across a wide group.For this role we're looking for someone who is highly commercially astute, with a good understanding of core airline and/or loyalty economics. You'll be working at the intersection of driving both Loyalty, airline and customer value, making sure we're maximising value for each of these stakeholders across Airpoints Dollar redemptions and our broader airline rewards ecosystem.
