Position Overview
As a Product Manager at UES International, you'll be at the heart of product development, driving strategy, and execution to build innovative solutions that meet our users' needs. We're looking for a dynamic, user-focused individual who thrives on collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and creative problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision : Define and communicate a compelling product vision that aligns with company goals. Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer impact and business value.
Cross-functional Leadership : Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
User-Centered Approach : Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and leverage insights to enhance product features and functionality.
Roadmap & Prioritisation : Develop and manage product roadmaps, set measurable goals, and ensure timely delivery of high-impact features.
Metrics & Analysis : Define and track key metrics to assess product success and continuously identify areas for improvement.
Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to inform product strategies.
Qualifications
Experience : 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in industrial or commercial goods.
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to break down complex challenges.
Excellent communication skills, capable of aligning diverse stakeholders and presenting ideas clearly.
Proficiency in using product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Aha!) and data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
Ability to manage competing priorities and make tough decisions in a fast-paced environment.
