The field of responsibility is very wide and includes (but is not limited to) the handling of product related enquiries, product scoping, development and administration, compliance / quality assurance and processing of relevant documentation, warranty claim processing including product complaint investigations and actioning timely resolutions, price analysis and maintenance, overstock and devaluation analysis/control, providing product training, samples and demonstrations for both internal and external use, all of which will play a very important part in the future success of our salesforce and the company overall.The successful candidate will not only possess a keen interest in fasteners and consumables used throughout all industries but develop a sound knowledge of the existing product range and also play an integral part in sourcing new and innovative products to take to market.
