We have an exciting opportunity for two dynamic individuals to join our team as Product Managers. One position is a fixed-term role, while the other is a permanent role. As a Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in handling a portfolio of products, implementing product change initiatives, and ensuring alignment with AIA's product roadmap. Relationship management is key, as you'll collaborate with various teams to deliver outstanding value to our customers, distributors, and shareholders. Key responsibilities include: Analysing internal and external factors to inform product strategy Researching market segments and identifying commercial opportunities Monitoring global business environment and standard processes for competitors Developing and following product practices & policies Engaging with end customers, intermediaries and advisors to collect insights and deliver innovative solutions Implementing go-to-market strategy decisions for product launches Consistently reviewing and monitoring products within governance framework Analysing pricing, distribution, and functionality levers impacting the portfolio Handling stakeholders and resources in medium to large projects Anticipating and resolving risks throughout the product lifecycle Ideally, you'll bring: Experience in product development and management Strong project management skills, including leading cross-functional teams Ability to lead multiple concurrent work streams and target dates Understanding of the insurance industry and distribution models Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities Tertiary qualification in Business, Statistics, or Marketing Post-graduate qualifications would be well-regarded Why choose AIA?
