We are seeking a Product Manager to lead and ensure the very best is delivered for a key customers of our busy Avondale based client.
 
They are a Sheetmetal manufacturer with a wide range of products and manufacturing techniques with a steady customer base and a very bright future.
 
This role will focus on producing quality products for their customers, you will have a strong eye for detail and will understand the end to end process to achieve reliable, consistent output from the production team.
 
Excel in this position and you will have the opportunity to grow long term into an account management position.
 
In this role you will; Work directly with our customers to understand design changesWork across the business with the production, engineering and procurement teams to ensure your customers needs are exceededIdentify production improvements and best practice to produce consistent qualityEnsure the production team follows correct processesManage design and customer changes into productionProduce and manage SOP'sUnderstand product returns and eliminate root causes To be successful in your application you must; Have a sound understanding of production techniques in a sheet metal manufacturing environmentPossess strong Microsoft skillsBe a fantastic communicator and possess the ability to build strong working relationships within the business and with customer repsBe organised and thorough 
You do not need to be an engineer to succeed in this role but you do require a strong understanding of production, steel production techniques and zero tolerance for quality issues.
