We are recognised as brand leaders in both the retail and corporate travel market.We have recently refreshed our branding and our website, and have incorporated an exciting new House of Travel branded online flight booking engine, which we call HOBT (House of Travel Online Booking Tool). We need a Product Manager to join us and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure this booking platform delivers a seamless and intuitive user experience.The primary focus is on enhancing the platform's functionality, performance, and overall customer journey, ensuring sales and profit targets are met, and the customer experience is world-class. Taking charge from market research and product strategy through to content management and reporting, you'll be responsible for ensuring the HOBT product is delivering on its intention and is aligned with our business goals.What we're looking forExperience in product/e-commerce management, preferably within the travel industry or e-commerce sector.Strong understanding of online booking systems, travel technology, and industry best practices.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from concept to completion.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills paired with enthusiasm, motivation, and a drive to excel.Applicants must have a valid, permanent working visa to be considered.
