About the role This full-time Product Manager role at Monaco in Albany, Auckland provides an exciting opportunity to join a leading distributor of premium home appliances, kitchenware, and consumer electronics. As the Product Manager for Casio Music Instruments, you will be the leading role in the strategy, development, and launch of Casio's music products in the New Zealand market. What you'll be doing Manage the product lifecycle for Casio music instruments, including forecasting, pricing, go to market strategy, and promotional activitiesProduct & Inventory Management/Maintenance, purchasing, forecasting, so internal targets are met, and customer expectations are achieved.Key Account Management - regular call cycle to conduct face-to-face meetings with key retail partners & stockists across New Zealand.Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends, and use these insights to design promotional activityCollaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and marketing, to develop and implement go-to-market strategiesMonitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimise profitabilityCreating bi-annual sales & marketing plans and strategy for your category, including the detail and execution of the strategy in line with stake holders, customer needs, business goals and the market.Communicate effectively with Casio's global team to share local market intelligence and coordinate regional initiativesStay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancementsWhat we're looking for Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business, or product management1+ years of experience in key account management, product management, category management, brand management, or a related roleStrong sales ability & confidence to negotiate the best outcomes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and identify opportunitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsFamiliarity with the music industry and consumer electronics products, particularly Casio's product portfolio, is highly desirableProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and experience with product management toolsWhat we offer At Monaco, we are committed to providing a supportive and dynamic work environment that fosters personal and professional growth.
