As the product leader, you'll be responsible for the financial performance and strategic success of specific products within our portfolio. This role requires collaboration across functional teams, a drive for innovation, and a commitment to exceptional user experiences.Key responsibilities include:Leading global market analysis and gathering customer feedback to assess product offerings against market demands and opportunities.Developing and overseeing the product lifecycle plan to maximize revenue and manage costs.Leading cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.Monitoring revenue and margin performance, while managing existing partnerships and identifying new partners to meet performance goals.Engaging directly with customers to understand their needs and observe product performance in real-world settings.To excel in this role, you ideally have:5+ years of experience in a similar position.Extensive background in technology, particularly in critical communications or telecommunications.Strong commercial and operational skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a global matrix structure.Sharp business and financial acumen with experience in product lifecycle management.A strategic mindset with strengths in operational and supply chain thinking.Excellent communication, public speaking, and change management skills, along with the drive to meet customer and market needs.Nga painga - What's in it for You?At Tait, we're committed to making a positive difference for families and communities.
