You'll define the product vision, build the product roadmap, review the API docs of partner vendors, define technical requirements and user stories to meet our customers' needs.
This role also has a strong commercial angle, launching the go-to-market for these products, engaging with customers and vendors in both pre-sales discovery and implementation Solutioning as a product and company advocate, as well as holding responsibility for the commercial success of your product.
You'll work closely with our product and engineering teams to help foster a culture of high performance, focused not only on developing high quality products with speed and efficiency, but also having fun.
This role is to lead the development of our out-of-the-box onboarding experience.
Drawing from the learnings of over 200+ customers, we aim to design the best customer experience for both consumer and business end-users that also keeps the fraudsters out.

You are a seasoned product manager.
You implement and monitor the segment strategies through initiatives on acquisition, cross-selling, service upgrade, customer loyalty, and retention.
You also know how to manage technical software products from kick-off to deployment and beyond.
Be the voice of the customer.
You are super focused on creating optimum customer experiences and use analysis of business opportunities, understanding of market gaps to identify emerging segments and business trends.
You also research and document product requirements to ensure that products meet business needs, performance objectives, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.Commercial focus.
You lead the development of disruptive innovative solutions for Businesses with a customer-centric and commercial mindset.
You regularly engage with customers directly and bring those insights back to inform the product strategy.
You also drive prioritised backlogs based on the consistent feedback analysis to continuously enhance the customer experience.
You engage with customers and vendors in both pre-sales discovery and implementation solutioning as a product advocate.
You hold responsibility for the commercial success of your product.Work in collaboration.
You work in constant collaboration with teams across the business; Engineering to align on technical design and architecture decisions, CX to come up with best-case usability that is aligned with customer needs and Sales & Operations to understand the immediate needs of our customers and their pain pointsRoll your sleeves up.
You do whatever it takes to make your product and team successful whether that means writing a QA plan or hunting down the root cause of a user's frustration.
You roll your sleeves up and muck in, training and communicating segment features, benefits, and performance through formal presentations and company-wide written communications.Drive decisions.
You are responsible for (defining, updating, and executing) the multi-year product roadmap.
Decisions on product strategy revolving around what features to release and when.
Market strategy decisions include geographies or markets to target, variations of products for different target segments etc.Continuous improvement.
You pivot and innovate as the business grows and moves; ensuring learnings are captured and shared.In a previous life you have:5+ years experience in a similar or related role.SME experience within FraudUX/Portal experienceWorked in changing high-growth small team environment.Built good tech knowledge.Developed excellent communication and influencing skills and are comfortable engaging with stakeholders of all seniority, internally and externally.Proven ability to translate customer and technical requirements into a commercial frameworkTaken ownership; with attention to detail you have focused on the end result bringing the rest of your team with you.
Developed a structured approach to product development as well as strong analytical skills and the ability to plan in detail.
