What you will be doing Embedded at the client's office, you will leverage your background in payments (a must), particularly card payments, to manage the end-to-end product lifecycle of in-market products.
You will support the delivery of digital payment solutions to business banking customers by advocating for the product: overseeing the development, management, and growth of the bank's business card product sets.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will design, launch, and optimize solutions that meet evolving market demands and drive profitability.
You will demonstrate a track record of delivering results through a collaborative, 'one-team' approach to problem-solving and confidently navigate internal processes to achieve your goals.
Success in this role requires a deep understanding of banking operations, financial products, and customer needs within the banking sector.

Qualifications What you will bring Our ideal candidate must have experience in payments, having worked on a credit card portfolio and the end-to-end product management of a commercial product.
You are comfortable navigating complex bank processes and are motivated to dive into the detail.
You will be energised by understanding how commercial card products operate and how to innovate them from a customer journey perspective.

Key competencies: A background in payments is a must.
Card payments preferably and other payment types will be highly regarded.
You have owned the end-to-end product lifecycle of an in-market product.
You advocate for the product – reviewing its effectiveness, identifying how it can be improved, and the opportunities to grow its reach and revenue potential You have a track record of delivering results, leading a 'one-team' approach to problem solving.
Confident collaborating across business units and navigating internal processes to deliver results.
This is a hands-on role where you understand the in's and outs of the product so you can make informed decisions by understanding the detail Attention to detail and compliance to regulations is a must Identify, articulate, and manage risk/compliance associated with the product Experience working with business banking products is advantageous Additional Information Visa is an EEO Employer.
