Position Overview: A leading electrical supply company with a nationwide network of 28 branches is seeking a dynamic Product & E-Commerce Manager. This role is essential for driving online growth and expanding the company's digital presence.   The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with expertise in digital marketing, social media management, and SEO. Responsibilities include enhancing online visibility, increasing sales, and aligning with Product Information Management Systems (PIMS). Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Strategy: Create and execute digital marketing plans to increase website traffic and online sales. Enhance customer experience and improve online visibility. Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media campaigns across platforms. Create engaging content and build a strong online community. Maintain a structured social media calendar. SEO and Website Optimization: Optimize website performance through SEO best practices and content improvements. Manage website updates, design, and performance reporting. PIMS Management: Oversee the Product Information Management System, including product database, pricing updates, and data accuracy. Ensure seamless integration with ERP and webstore. E-Commerce and Digital Marketing: Manage e-marketing initiatives, including EDM campaigns and direct marketing. Identify and act on opportunities to enhance the online shopping experience. IT Support: Provide IT support for product codes, pricing anomalies, and category updates. Offer training on design tools as needed. Market Research: Conduct market analysis to refine strategies and improve positioning. Liaise with external agencies, business partners, and internal teams as needed. Key Relationships: Enterprise system providers Website developers Branch managers Senior management Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Experience in digital marketing, SEO, and e-commerce. Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO tools). Familiarity with PIMS and design tools (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) is a plus. Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
