We are experiencing a growth stage and have made a significant investment in revamping the user experience across our substantial portfolio, which includes our partnership with You will be working with cross-functional teams to extend our world-class products and build the future of Business Travel.
What you will be doing Working collaboratively with product managers, data analysts, software engineers, UX researchers and other designers Operating in a fast-paced, data-driven and results-oriented culture Actively contributing to our evolving growth design and experimentation practice Creating product designers, prototypes and conducting UX research Designing and facilitating collaborative design and ideation workshops Contributing to our design system development What you will bring Proven experience as a Product Designer in modern mobile and web applications A portfolio demonstrates impeccable foundational design skills (typography, colour, layout, interactions) Experience working in a data-driven culture or a growth design practice Proficiency in ideation techniques, collaborative design, and workshop facilitation Experience working with and/or building and maintaining a Design System and comfort using Figma with Libraries Familiarity with a variety of quantitative and qualitative research techniques and methodologies, including canvases, ideation, personas and journey maps An understanding of atomic principles, web development and agile methodologies Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills Collaboration, team work and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal BenefitsAt Serko we aim to create a place where people can come and do their best work.
