We're here to make a difference, create products that our customers love, and to help with our rapid growth we're looking for a passionate Product Delivery Manager to coordinate the final phases of product development and release across the business.Tabula is New Zealand's most trusted precision agricultural system.
We have grown to be one of the largest agtech companies in the country, with our GPS guidance systems used across trucks, tractors, bikes, travelling irrigators, helicopters, and fixed-wing planes throughout New Zealand and now Australia and USA.
Headquartered in Dunedin, we also have offices in Hawkes Bay and Melbourne, Florida - and soon in Australia too.Our products are cutting edge, and span in-vehicle hardware, mobile applications and cloud-based services.
We have a growing range of partner integrations, both SaaS and hardware.
With a large, dedicated R&D team we are continually developing new products across a wide range of applications including firefighting, pest control and agriculture.
Our equipment is used to cover four times the area of the highly productive land in New Zealand each year, and we process and store billions of GPS points each month from our global fleet of devices.If it sounds like a lot, it is - and making sure everything lines up for our frequent product releases involves nearly every part of the business.About the positionAs Product Delivery Manager you'll lead the coordination of product delivery and launch at Tabula.
This involves ensuring that products and feature updates are specified, priorities are aligned, changes are well communicated, components are all delivered on time, and that all parts of the business are aligned for each release so we see the full benefit from the great work being done.You'll work closely with stakeholders and contributors across the business, our small but growing Product team, and up to and including the senior leadership team, CEO and Executive Director.You'll need to have excellent organisational, relationship building and communication skills, a focus on outcomes and a flexible mindset and approach.
A good level of understanding of technology development and the practicalities of releasing products will be needed, including different approaches to planning and releasing products, but no specific programming or IT knowledge.This role will evolve as the business grows, and flexibility to help in other areas is expected as you find your feet.
