Serving a diverse community of 500,000 monthly users, we are dedicated to facilitating the discovery and implementation of exceptional design and construction solutions.The Role As part of the Platform Success team, you are at the forefront of the platform, specifically the product library, and responsible for ensuring that our clients are set up for success with their product listings and have the support they need to maximise their profile's performance and achieve their business objectives. You are the bridge between our clients and their potential customers, ensuring that every listing is presented in the most engaging and informative manner possible.Key Responsibilities Compile and upload all product content (copy, imagery, variants, documentation) provided by clients or taken from their website to build their products on the ArchiPro platform, ensuring they are informative, attractive and inspiring to engage and guide the end-user to reach an informed decision and make contact with the client.Explore the client's website to find required data points on products, with the intention being to mimic the client's own website as much as possible in terms of information available including downloadable documents, specs, images, videos.Drive efficiency of product uploads via CSV formulas, reformatting data and troubleshooting to avoid duplicates, incorrect information and ensure that products that go live contain all required information and are visually pleasing to users.Troubleshoot API connections to ensure seamless integration with external systems.Ensure accurate and appealing presentation of client offerings on the platform, including high-quality images, detailed descriptions, and relevant specifications.Maintain up-to-date and organised client profiles, ensuring all information is current and reflects the client's brand accurately.Work alongside the marketing and tech teams to optimise content visibility and user engagement.Provide feedback and insights to clients on content performance and suggest strategies for improvement.Conduct quality assurance checks on listings to ensure compliance with ArchiPro's standards and guidelines.Stay abreast of industry trends and platform updates to continuously improve content strategy and presentation.Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in content management, digital marketing, or a similar role in a tech-focused environment.Prior experience working with CSVs, APIs or Excel.Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for design and detail.Proficient in digital content platforms and tools, with a quick adaptability to new technologiesStrong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building productive relationships with clients.Organised and methodical, with a capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Why Join Us?
