Produce Supervisor

As a Produce Supervisor, you will support the Produce Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Produce Department.
You will be expected to closely monitor the floor and support your team as needed to ensure our customers receive the best shopping experience.
Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include: Ensuring the shop is well presented and stocked at all times Checking produce quality, freshness, and stock rotation Keeping all areas of the Produce department clean, tidy, and ordered Providing the Produce team with initial and ongoing training, encouragement, and support Ensuring staff are working efficiently and doing the right thing Management of staff breaks Qualities Required For This Role: Takes pride in their work Leads from the front and inspires the team Has the ability to think on their feet and make decisions Has clear and effective communication skills Has high presentation standards Can deliver excellent customer service Is flexible when needed This is a permanent 30-hour per week role from Friday to Monday (you are required to work Saturday and Sunday weekly).
