Job Description: As a Nightshift Produce Packer, you will be responsible for efficiently packing and preparing fresh produce for distribution. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities: Pack and label produce accurately according to quality standards and customer specifications.Inspect produce for quality and freshness, discarding any items that do not meet standards.Operate packing equipment as needed.Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all health and safety guidelines.Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.Requirements: Previous experience in a packing or warehouse role is preferred but not required.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25kgs regularly.Reliable transportation and the ability to work night shifts.Basic understanding of food safety practices.How to Apply: If you're ready to join our team and make a difference in the foodservice industry, apply now.
