As our Produce Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing this vision to life in our brand-new store.
This is a full-time role with up to 45 hours.
Key responsibilities are: Source and procure the best quality fruits, vegetables, and other produce items from our Distribution Centre, local growers, and suppliers.
Ensure operational delivery standards are met or exceeded through sufficient stock levels and department merchandising.
Ensure sales, growth, and profit targets for the department are met or exceeded.
Lead the planning, organization, and operation of the produce department, ensuring an abundant and visually appealing selection of the best and fresh produce for our customers.
Ensure department range matches format and customer service requirements.
Train, mentor, and motivate a team of produce associates to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold our standards of quality and cleanliness.
Collaborate with store management and other department heads to create a cohesive and seamless shopping experience for our customers.
