We are seeking an experienced and committed Produce pick-packer to work full-time on night shifts attached to our Wellington Produce Team. In this role, you will support and administer dispatch operations in the absence of the Operations Manager.
You will be part of a dynamic group that prepares, processes, and packs fresh vegetables and fruits according to customer orders.
Immediate start role
Night shift - 7.00 pm to 4.00 am (approx.)
Days - Wednesday to Sunday (Mon-Tue off)
Location: William Durant Drive, Upper Hutt
Permanent full-time role
The job:
Assist in all admin aspects of the Produce team
Picking & packing produce orders
Ensure all orders are dispatched within set timelines while adhering to company standards
Assist with handling stocks, restocking, and replenishing
Some heavy lifting up to 25kg
The candidate:
Experience in Warehouse and/or office administration
Accurate and fast data entry skills
Previous experience working in a chiller and/or depot environment
Reliable transport with class 1 driver's license and flexibility with hours
A confident, flexible attitude with attention to detail
Positive, can-do, problem-solving attitude
Effective time management and planning
Prior NZ experience and knowledge of basic food ingredients
