PRODUCE ASSISTANT MANAGERWe currently have an amazing opportunity for a reliable, motivated person that can support & lead our team and develop towards being a senior leader in our business.The role involves:Execution of operational day to day running of the Produce departmentSupporting the manager to reach sales and GP targets.Working with the team to drive excellent customer experience.Coaching / Developing the team to succeed.Great verbal and written communication skills.Ensuring the stores compliance regarding Food Safety and Health & Safety requirements.This position requires someone that is reliable and willing to learn and physically fit as heavy lifting will be involved. You will need to be someone that thrives working in a fast-paced environment.Having produce experience would be ideal but not essential.
