About the role: Ensure the Produce department is fully stocked with a great range of fresh fruit and vegetables throughout the day. Inspect incoming produce for quality and freshness, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. Arrange displays attractively to showcase seasonal items and promotions. Achieve agreed department sales, GP, and wage targets. What we are looking for: Your drive and motivation sets you apart. SAP experience is a valuable asset. Proven leadership skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Your passion shines through in motivating and coaching the team. Physical fitness and adaptability with hours come naturally to you.
