We're looking for drivers to join our team, working together to keep the cargo flowing and Hawke's Bay connected to the world.What do I need?A great attitudeA full Class 2 drivers' licence that you've had for at least 6 monthsWhat's on offer at Napier Port?A full-time, permanent job, generally working 8-hour shifts with a guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week.A starting rate over $30 per hour – with regular pay rises when you pick up new skills.Paying for you to get the right licences – all the way up to class 5, including OSH, forklift and wheels endorsement.A real focus on safety, with a dedicated safety team available 24/7.On-the-job training with one of our qualified and experienced trainers.What do I need to know?Napier Port is a 24/7 business. That means shift work, working weekends and public holidays is part of the deal. When you first join us, you'll work from around 7am to mid-afternoon, or mid-afternoon to midnight. We share it around to keep it fair for everyone.Once you have more experience, you'll also work midnight until 7am.
