Based in Auckland, NZ, and reporting to the Procurement Manager APAC, the Procurement Specialist role will be an integral hands-on role that will work in global cross-functional teams with project directors, project managers, suppliers, engineering, procurement team and other external/internal stakeholders to drive impactful initiatives that result in reduced supply-risk, increased supply-agility, and project savings.

You will have at least 5 years experience in procurement ideally with at least 2 years working in a project procurement role, and be able to show strong communication and negotiation skills.
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain management, or related fields Professional knowledge of the industrial automation, and its purchasing practices preferred Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Ability to communicate effectively, build relationships and influence at all levels.
