CR Grace Ltd is the sole procurement provider for ALL livestock through Taylor Preston Ltd in Wellington. Taylor Preston Ltd is 100% privately NZ owned and one of the country's most successful export processing plants.
About the Role: CR Grace Ltd is seeking an organised person, available for an immediate start, with a keen eye for detail to join our administration team on a permanent basis to fill a role made available through the expansion of our growing business.
This position will be based on-site in Hunterville and is for 30 hours per week. Start/finish times are flexible, but you must be available 5 days a week and through school holidays because our peak busy period is over the summer/Christmas period. Ability to work autonomously is required.
Responsibilities: Responsibilities include data validation and other administration duties. You will check, process, and pay farmer clients, providing technical information regarding weights, grades, and the value of the livestock. You will manage quarterly bookings of stock for supply programmes. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, Taylor Preston staff, CR Grace Ltd livestock buyers, and outside stock agents.

Skills and Experience:
All specific training will be provided in the Taylor Preston specialist livestock system.
Computer literacy and office experience are essential.
An engaging personality and proven administration experience.
A farming background is essential, with a keen interest in the agricultural sector.
An understanding of NAIT and Quality Assurance would be an advantage.
Key strengths in reliability, respectfulness, honesty, and a friendly down-to-earth manner with credibility.
