Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Procurement Coordinator to join their team on a 3-month contract. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on procurement environment, rather than just theorising about it. You will be instrumental in administering the second round of a tender process, which includes coordinating responses to queries, closing the tender, assessing preconditions, distributing to the evaluation panel, collating evaluations and conducting moderation meetings.
What you'll do:
Coordinating the answering of questions related to the tender process
Closing the tender once all bids have been received
Assessing preconditions before moving forward with the tender process
Distributing relevant documents to the evaluation panel
Collating evaluations from the panel members
Running moderation meetings to discuss and finalise decisions
What you bring:
Proven experience in procurement coordination or similar roles
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication skills for liaising with various stakeholders
Ability to assess preconditions effectively
Experience in collating evaluations and running moderation meetings
Understanding of tender processes
