Procurement And Contracts Team Leader

Our client is looking for a driven and experienced Procurement and Contracts Team Leader to work for a large public sector organisation. This is a unique and exciting opportunity that does not come around often! This role is based in Palmerston North three days a week and the rest of the time in Wellington. This role involves end-to-end people management, contract management, and working on procurement projects. To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate that you have: At least two years of previous experience working as a Procurement Team Leader or Procurement Lead An understanding of the machinery of government and government rules of sourcing Previous experience in end-to-end contract management Strong end-to-end procurement experience Previous leadership and mentorship experience This six-month contract full-time position will not last long!
