Processing Officer - Night Shift

Processing Officer | Permanent Part Time | New Plymouth Salary: $24.72 per hour + night rate allowance ($3.21 per hour between 8pm-6am)

We are looking for motivated people to join our team with a positive outlook and a great work ethic. As a Processing Officer, you are critical in ensuring our customers' Mail and Parcels are sorted, processed, and dispatched correctly to be delivered on time. This role is located at 2 Smart Road, New Plymouth.

In this fast-paced job, you will:

Sort our customer's mail to meet our service level agreements Handle parcels in a careful and professional manner Liaise with various internal contacts to solve problems and escalate where required We are looking for great people who are:

Able to work Monday 12am to 5am and Tuesday - Saturday - 12AM - 5:30am Comfortable in a very physically demanding role lifting up to 25KG Natural team players that enjoy working as a team to put our customer's first Accurate with an eye for detail Good geographical knowledge of New Plymouth and Taranaki For more information about careers at New Zealand Post, visit jobs.nzpost.co.nz.
