Process Worker / Production Operators

We are a leading recruitment agency serving multiple manufacturing clients in the Petone area. Our clients are seeking experienced process workers and production operators to join their teams across various industries. If you have a background in production work or manufacturing, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you! We have multiple short-term and ongoing roles available across our client sites and will provide you with all the PPE required as well as full on the job training.
Key Responsibilities: Operate machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed.Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets.What we are looking for: Experienced production workers/ production operatorsFlexible availabilityAble to work independently and in a team settingPhysically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced setting.Reliable transport to get to workAll applicants must have the right to live and work in New Zealand and will be required to undergo a pre-employment drug screen, ACC and ministry of justice check.
