A second plant utilising this technology has been built in Gisborne and is currently in the critical commissioning phase.About the RoleOpportunity for multiple candidates based at our Gisborne manufacturing facility.As a member of a production team, you will be responsible for producing our innovative product, together with maintaining and improving plant equipment/processes to deliver continued increases to production KPIs.You will be interacting with plant equipment utilising "State of The Art" Control systems, Sensing, Vision, and Robotics technology.You will be using your skills and experience to help define and implement solutions involving mechatronics, process engineering, and operations management philosophies.All roles are very "hands on", working in a cohesive team environment where all individuals are working together to meet a common goal, seeking to improve performance while being part of the production process.Senior positions are available. In these senior positions you will bring significant relevant skills and experience to the table and will be expected to lead by example and help foster a productive, collaborative and rewarding work environment.Positions are permanent and full time with an average working week of 42 hours per annum with opportunities for overtime. As the plant operates 24/7, you will need to be comfortable working within a shift regime.
