We are seeking Process Operators to join our Production team at our Marton Factory, the home of TUX. The successful candidates will be employed on rotating shifts in our baking operation, day shift and night shift, 12-hour rotating shift roster. A day in the life… Reporting to the Line Owner, key responsibilities include: Process routine paperwork Process routine line transactions Accurately manage material consumption and transfers Perform on-line QA testing/checks Complete machine changes, setting disassembly and re-assembly for cleaning purposes. Adhere to all Safety, Quality and GMP requirements. Competent using factory operating systems such as SAP and complete SAP transactions Competent using factory stoppage data systems such as NSAM Participate in Shift Handovers and Operational reviews Complete line reporting and documentation Assist with trouble shooting What will make you successful Be able to work day shifts and night shifts on a rotating roster. Experience in FMCG manufacturing will be advantageous. Have a strong focus on Health & Safety. Have a good mechanical aptitude and be comfortable with machinery. Be reliable and trustworthy with an outstanding attitude. Have basic computer skills and be a fast learner. Be flexible and a team player. Take pride in your work environment to maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards. Be great at communication, interpersonal skills and problem-solving.
