The successful candidates will be employed on rotating shifts in our baking operation, day shift and night shift, 12-hour rotating shift roster.A day in the life…Reporting to the Line Owner, key responsibilities include:Process routine paperworkProcess routine line transactionsAccurately manage material consumption and transfersAccurate documentationPerform on-line QA testing/checksComplete machine changes, setting disassembly and re-assembly for cleaning purposesAdhere to all Safety, Quality and GMP requirementsCompetent using factory operating systems such as SAP and complete SAP transactionsCompetent using factory stoppage data systems such as NSAMParticipate in Shift Handovers and Operational reviewsComplete line reporting and documentationAssist with troubleshootingWhat Will Make You SuccessfulBe able to work day shifts and night shifts on a rotating rosterExperience in FMCG manufacturing will be advantageousHave a strong focus on Health & SafetyHave a good mechanical aptitude and be comfortable with machineryBe reliable and trustworthy with an outstanding attitudeHave basic computer skills and be a fast learnerBe flexible and a team playerTake pride in your work environment to maintain hygiene and housekeeping standardsBe great at communication, interpersonal skills and problem-solvingApplicants will be required to undergo pre-employment checks, including but not limited to health checks, prior to appointment to this role.
