```html Job Description Maintain a culture of safety first always, including participating in hazard assessments, wearing appropriate PPE, reporting all incidents, near misses, and cooperating in accident investigations, and supporting procedural updates and implementation where required. Develop processes to be trouble-free and strive to ensure success every time (zero defects, zero unfavorable variances). Troubleshoot technical issues when production and quality experience exhaustion. Support the team with escalated troubleshooting, including more complicated issues, and work to analyze and resolve processing problems in a structured manner. Own the Loss Analysis of the Line/s and engage the line team in loss analysis, deploying loss elimination targets, and managing loss elimination activities of the line while working with the line teams. Through analysis and coordination of wider business resources, achieve agreed targets in reduction of: waste yield optimization (end-to-end) efficiencies process improvements recovery of waste sustainability improvements Identify process bottlenecks and develop improvements to maximize product yield, minimize operational costs, and reduce customer impact.
