About Zincovery: At Zincovery, we are committed to protecting the natural environment, accelerating the transition to a sustainable economy, and preserving the planet for future generations. Zinc is the 4th most used industrial metal and the only major industrial metal that has a higher CO2 footprint when it is recycled than mined. We are on a mission to decarbonize the zinc industry and have developed a technology that produces high-purity zinc with 95% fewer emissions and at half the cost of current recycling methods. This has been proven at the pilot scale, and we are now scaling up to reach commercial operations.
We have recently begun the project to design, build, and operate a Demonstration Plant in the Auckland region, with ambitious plans to further scale-up and deliver additional plants in the years to come.
