Qualifications for PRN AVADE Facilitator: Candidate must hold an associate degree in healthcare. It must have current instructor certification in AVADE-PRN. Candidate must have a minimum of two years experience in an acute care hospital setting. Capability to communicate information effectively to both adult and children. Ability to work and communicate effectively as a team members with other instructors. Responsibilities for AVADE instructor-PRN: Candidate will provide AVADE and workplace violence prevention (WPV) training to all employees to equip them with skills to avoid, assess, defend and escape violence , fostering a safer workplace environment. It is responsible for work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver comprehensive training programs. Stay updated with AVADE / WPV training requirements and ensure all training content.
