We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our Employee Benefits team in Auckland. As a Retail Insurance Adviser, you will play a crucial role in expanding our portfolio of retail clients and leveraging our strong relationships with other divisions within Marsh to generate leads for business insurance.

Professional environment where your career path really matters and is supported in our global organization Great team environment with energetic and supportive colleagues 37.5 hours per week (8 : 30am to 5pm) Hybrid working 3 days at the office (Auckland CBD) location Base salary of up to $110,000 per annum Potential Visa Sponsorship for the right qualified individual We will count on you to : Drive business growth by consistently exceeding revenue and retention targets, ensuring the continuous expansion of the book of business Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client coverage by offering additional insurance solutions Efficiently manage the underwriting process for additional insurance applications, ensuring timely completion Provide expert advice and tailored insurance solutions to SME clients, specifically in relation to Key Person and Shareholder cover Foster mutually beneficial relationships with Commercial Brokers, leveraging these connections to maximize business opportunities Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, safeguarding the company's reputation and interests Contribute to the achievement of the company's profit objectives by effectively managing revenue and expense budgets. You will need to have : Relevant financial service qualifications of at least Level 5 with the life, health and disability strand is essential to be considered for the role At least 3 years of proven sales and life insurance advisory experience in the personal insurance space Proven ability to recognise opportunities to generate new revenue / opportunities Exceptional communication and negotiation skills Ability to work autonomously as well as a part of a team Proven sales and life insurance advisory experience in the personal insurance space is essential Possess thorough working knowledge of all aspects of the Insurance and other relevant legislation and keep abreast of all new developments Role model leadership behaviors in respect of growth initiatives APPLICATIONS CLOSE : 25 September 2024
