This world-class transactional team has over 7,000 private company clients and a long history of representing financial sponsors, high-growth companies and founders in a range of industries, including software, healthcare/health services, fintech, edtech, telecom, aerospace, defense and government. Target candidates will have 4 to 5 years of private equity and M&A experience including drafting and negotiating purchase and merger agreements, LLC and LP agreements and other ancillary transaction documents. Must have large law firm experience working with private equity sponsors as well as excellent academic credentials.
