Someone who has outstanding leadership skills, up to date educational knowledge, energy, enthusiasm and sense of pace and innovation to lead our team, support continuing professional learning and deliver our strategic plan. Our new principal will use data and evidence to guide the educational plans for students, be focused on continuing to build upon the success of our current nature ed programme, our GreenGold Enviroschool status and our excellent academic results.We want a principal who is warm, approachable and will build strong connections with the Board, staff, tamariki and the community.
