Applications are invited for the position of principal at Kelston Girls' College.
Kelston Girls' College is the only girls' state education secondary school in West Auckland providing young women with extensive curricular and co-curricular programmes that value and recognise the diversity within the college.
The school has an innovative, integrated curriculum delivered via 3 learning strands – self, community and others. These strands include trimester based modular courses. The school offers bilingual classes in Maori, Samoan and Tongan.
The new appointee will be a person with vision, energy, an unrelenting focus on student achievement and the ability to further develop strategic and professional leadership for the school.
They will also:

Have demonstrated high performance in all key areas of educational leadership.
Have in-depth pedagogical and NZ Curriculum knowledge.

Be committed to restorative practices.
The position begins at the start of term 1, 2025.
