This pivotal leadership role involves close collaboration with solutions leadership and peer technical directors to create compelling client solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead your technical discipline across Australia and New Zealand in Program and Project controls, delivering innovative solutions that provide superior value to our clients.Support the strategy and growth of ANZ focus markets, ensuring our technical professionals are globally and regionally connected, engaged, and inspired.Drive the strategic capability development of professionals in program and project disciplines to meet future business requirements.Foster an inclusive and dynamic culture that prioritises innovation and encourages teams to challenge the accepted.Drive achievement and performance within your technical discipline across five mission elements: Talent Management, Strategy and Growth, Connectivity, Drive Innovation, and Project Delivery Excellence.Ensure Jacobs' technical reputation and risk management through project reviews by qualified professionals in accordance with our Quality Management System.Build and lead a team of Technical Leaders and from that cohort, select and leverage a smaller team of Technical Leads on whom you will rely on to help you deliver and achieve the above responsibilities.Grow and oversee the ANZ community of practice in Program and Project Controls.What We OfferOpportunity to shape the future of our ANZ businesses by fostering growth and driving innovation.Lead the design and implementation of client-centric, fit-for-purpose solutions and global best practices in Project, Program, and Portfolio Controls.Maintain alignment with national and global professional standards and frameworks (e.g.
ISO21500, ISO 21508, ISO 19650, PMBoK, MSP, P3M3, PRINCE2, Agile, Project13).Engage with major project pursuit and delivery teams to ensure professional Controls solutions and technical oversight.Represent ANZ on Global Communities of Practice and Global Program Management Team initiatives.Technical Leadership and AssuranceProvide leadership across ANZ for Jacobs' client-side delivery of Schedule Planning & Estimating, Schedule Management, Cost Management, Financial Management, Change Management, Document Management, Reporting, Digital Controls Systems, and 4D & 5D BIM Integration.Here's what you'll needIdeal Candidate ProfileStrong technical background, preferably in large and complex infrastructure delivery.Expertise in project and program controls systems, processes and leading-edge solutions.Skilled in communicating complex technical concepts to clients, executives and non-technical people.Join us in shaping the future and delivering solutions that enrich the communities in which we operate.
