You will be working in a business that prides itself on our people-focused culture, our fun workplace, and our creative thinking and sound advice.   We are looking for a Service Leader/Technical Director in Geotechnics who will be taking a lead role in developing PDP's geotechnical presence in Invercargill and the lower South Island. You will work across a wide variety of projects and further develop your skills and leadership expertise with the support of the Geotechnics team from around the country. About the role:   • Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering, Engineering Geology (or equivalent) • Minimum 8 years' experience as a Geotechnical Engineer or Engineering geologist (experience with a professional consultancy is preferred) • Ideally Charted Professional Engineer/Engineering Geologist status with Engineering New Zealand • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proven Leadership skills • Creative thinking to find innovative solutions for our clients.\ What You'll Bring Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering, Engineering Geology (or equivalent) Minimum 3-10 years experience as a Geotechnical Engineer or Engineering geologist (experience with a professional consultancy is preferred) Ideally Charted Professional Engineer/Engineering Geologist status with Engineering New Zealand Strong verbal and written communication skills Proven Leadership skills Creative thinking to find innovative solutions for our clients What We Offer At PDP, we believe a great company is built by great people.
