You will identify potential sales and growth opportunities and will partner with key stakeholders to maximize these prospects.You will:Provide operational support for Converged and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (comprising of Vblock, VxRail, and Dell PowerEdge MX) and the VMware vSphere/vRealize suite of applications.Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, configuration changes, and upgrade of all components in the virtualized networked environment and assist the customer with disaster recovery testing and configuration.Work within ITIL change, incident, and problem management framework ensuring that scheduled outages are arranged to minimize customer impact while maintaining all hardware and software at optimal levels and during disaster recovery testing.Manage risks in the environment, create remediation plans, document and track to completion within an ITIL framework.Work with the project management team and provide technical assistance in planning and implementation of projects.Provide technical leadership in the continual service reviews and improvement of existing operational policies and procedures including updates to technical documentation.Be part of a 24/7 on-call roster to provide operational support for high severity incidents and provide required technical expertise in major incident calls with the customer's incident management team.Take the first step towards your dream careerEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.
