Bring your strong leadership skills and knowledge of property acquisition/ consultancyBe part of a forward thinking, energetic team with solutions focus to support the delivery of major infrastructure projects for AotearoaThe opportunity | Te Whiwhinga mahiAs Principal Property Acquisition Manager, you will have a direct impact on the delivery of property solutions and the implementation of major infrastructure projects that will keep New Zealand moving, including some of the largest projects within the recently announced Roads of National Significance (RoNS).This is a unique opportunity where you will be responsible for ensuring that property is acquired for the region's projects in line with the transport project budget and programme and that acquisition is completed in accordance with relevant guidelines and legislation.You will help drive best practice in property acquisition to continuously improve the way we work and how we support the wider NZTA outcomes.
