With significant investment over the past 3 years, we have a new and exciting opportunity for a Principal IT Service Advisor to join our New Zealand team.The role:As our Principal IT Service Advisor, you will play a key role in our NZ unit, focusing on engaging the wider business on new IT projects and functionalities, as well as contributing to digital delivery plans, providing guidance on technology and solutions choices. This role is important as a key escalation point for the NZ business on IT service issues, and you will be responsible for advocating for NZ on challenges across IT, DPMO and procurement in the technology space. You will have the ability to identify opportunities for improvement to current digital/IT requirements and take the lead in rolling out solutions in NZ and collaborate with colleagues across the APNA region.About you:We are looking for an IT professional who is a true business partner, and is comfortable helping an organisation navigate technological change and improvements. You would be experienced in implementing new processes and being able to identify areas of improvement. As an advocate for the NZ unit, you will be comfortable working with a range of stakeholders at all levels. As with any role in IT, the ability to present to a range of audiences and simplify complex concepts to a broad base of employees is essential.
