We are looking for a relational leader who is passionate about education.The suitable applicant will have:Fluency in Te Reo Maori or on their learning journey to be fluent in Te Reo Maori (Level 4 at a minimum)Proven leadership skills with the ability to think strategically and inspire students, staff, and community.Proven strong curriculum leadership and experience in relational pedagogy and culturally responsive practices.In-depth NZ Curriculum knowledgeEffective business and financial skills including familiarity with MOE compliance.The position starts at the beginning of term 2, 2025 or earlier by negotiation. The terms and conditions, including base salary, for this position, are set by the Primary Principal's Collective Agreement.
